I wanted to leave a good review for this plotter after reading the negative review. I am a civil engineer and land surveyor that prints documents up to 24"x36". I've been tired of going to FedEx or other places to print so I found this online and gave it a chance, I am very glad that I did. The printer prints very high quality CAD prints (better than FedEx or Office Depot) and it was very easy to figure out. Loading paper, ink and the setup was very easy. The initial set up took a little whil...e but if you can read directions it is very easy to figure out. It is printing like a breeze right now and very high quality, I have only had it for 1 week but I will update this if there are any troubles.
